- Kitchenette: Kitchen space for client hosting or filming in a home-like setting.
Additional conference space, on-site equipment and services with daily rates:
- $400 – Adjacent conference/viewing room with restroom
- $250 – Video Kit: RED Komodo, camera-mounted monitor, tripod with dolly
- $100 – Audio Kit: Sennheiser MKH 50 microphone, Zoom F6 Field Recorder, cables
- $75 – Production Monitor: OSEE Megamon 15 inch
- Valet parking services may be contracted separately in advance.
- Weekends are available at a 25% daily up charge over the standard rental rate.
